These terms apply when you use this website or send Rutvi Leisure and Holidays Private Limited an enquiry. Each booking is also governed by the confirmation we send you and by the terms of the travel providers involved.

Package descriptions, suggested durations, inclusions and photographs are a general guide. Itineraries, hotels, inclusions and prices are confirmed only in our written quote or booking confirmation. Photographs are illustrative, and some are used under licence from their owners (see Image Credits).

Sending an enquiry or request through this website does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept our quote. No payment is taken on this website.

Prices depend on travel dates, availability, the services chosen and applicable taxes, and can change until a booking is confirmed. Your quote states what is included and how long it is valid.

Flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing and similar services are provided by independent suppliers. Their own terms, fare rules and cancellation charges apply, and we share the key conditions with you before you book.

We provide visa guidance and help with applications. Visa decisions, fees and processing times are set by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and approval is not guaranteed.

Exchange rates change through the day. The rate for a currency exchange is confirmed at the time of the transaction.

Please give us accurate details, including names exactly as they appear on the ID or passport you will travel with, and carry the valid identity documents, passports and visas your trip requires.

What you can change or cancel, and any charges, depend on the services booked and the suppliers’ rules. These are explained in your booking confirmation and our Cancellation Policy.

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions. Where we can, we will help you make alternative arrangements.

Please do not misuse this website or try to interfere with how it works. The text and design of this website belong to Rutvi Leisure and Holidays Private Limited; photographs belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
