This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have.

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address.
• Trip details you give us: the service you are interested in, destinations, travel dates and number of travellers, and details for the specific request — for example a flight route, hotel dates, visa destination and nationality, currency and amount for foreign exchange, or pickup and drop points for a cab.
• Anything you write in a message field.

We do not collect payment card or bank details on this website, and we do not ask for passport numbers or identity documents through it. If a booking or visa application later needs documents, we will tell you what is needed and why.

Depending on how a form is set up, it either shows you a summary to share with us by phone, opens your own email app with the enquiry filled in, or sends the enquiry to our team through a secure online service.
