Bhubaneswar & Puri tour overview

Bhubaneswar, the state capital, is known as the Temple City for its hundreds of temples built between the 7th and 13th centuries. Alongside the Lingaraja and Mukteshvara temples, the city has the Jain rock-cut caves of Udayagiri and Khandagiri, the peace pagoda at Dhauli and one of India’s well-known zoos at Nandankanan. The trip continues to Puri for the Jagannath Temple and the beach.

How to reach Bhubaneswar & Puri from Rourkela

Several trains run every day between Rourkela and Bhubaneswar, including overnight options, so you can arrive fresh for sightseeing. We can also arrange a private car from Rourkela. Puri is about an hour and a half from Bhubaneswar by road.
